EU Customers (Including Ireland)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive your returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

US Customers

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

  2. We’ll provide instructions and return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.
